Perfectly suited opportunity for someone from a graphic design background, who can also art direct shoots, and has a portfolio filled with content for fashion/beauty/jewellery brands.

As the Creative Content Lead you will be responsible for setting the brands vision across brand touchpoints, designing and art directing content and overseeing a small team. It’s the type of role where you can expect to be hands on with design and managing a junior member of the content team, but also strategic with ideas, and directing shoots for this luxury online jewellery brand.

Role & responsibility includes;

  • Ideation and conception, art directing shoots, and asset creation
  • Be the lead on all creative/content output for the business and its brand guardian
  • Design and create content across all channels including social media, web, emails, bespoke look books, campaigns, and more
  • Attend all photoshoots to ensure photographers/videographers are capturing the required assets.
  • Take the lead in planning all photoshoots, E-Com/Digital/PR teams to better understand what the ultimate deliverables will be.
  • Lead the planning of social content calendar across all key social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Manage social media posting platform to ensure content/captions are uploaded and scheduled in a timely manner.
  • Manage a small team and QC the output.

Experience sought:

  • Background in graphic design for either fashion or beauty or jewellery industry sectors
  • A portfolio filled with content for social media channels and web
  • Ability to control and manage tight deadlines to ensure the timely delivery of assets.
  • Have experience in managing a creative team of designers, copywriters, developers.
  • Experience managing consumer-facing social media & content channels.
  • In-depth knowledge of how social platforms, organic algorithms and audiences work, with your finger on the pulse of the latest social trends.
  • An excellent planner and communicator, who loves both the creative and analytical aspects of the job.
