The Role:
Reporting directly into the founders of the business you would be heading up a brilliantly talented team of 10+ Designers in a challenging, exciting environment from our East London studios. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's best brands on a global scale. We run 10-15 live projects at any given time, ultimately you will be accountable for the creative output of the studio. With the support of your experienced and brilliant design managers and designers you will make sure we are delivering the highest quality work to clients on deadline. You will nurture and develop the team and deal directly with the businesses most important accounts.
Lots of our work goes into production in our in-house workshop and our design team gets to see their work coming to life in real time as well as collaborating across departments throughout the design process to create realistic solutions to radical designs.

Ideal Experience:
- 10 + years hands on design or creative experience ideally in creative retail
- Design or creative leadership in brand or in agency
- People management - nurturing and developing a growing team
- Creating and delivering pitches & presentations to senior stakeholders
- Client liaison, account management or in-house client experience
Location:
We currently work a hybrid model 3 days a week from our East London studio and 2 flexible days. This is working well for now and normal working hours are 9am - 6pm but flexible working hours and days are available.
