A talented person who is eager to learn and develop their skills. You will work closely with other members of the design team, collaborating positively with the team while also demonstrating an eye for creativity and detail. You will have knowledge of best practices and a real flair for creativity. This role requires a hands-on, motivated, and collaborative approach.

Able to work with other creatives to build cohesive brand stories, touch points and campaigns.

Solid skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro, Indesign, Photoshop and illustrator (Figma a bonus).

Clever creative ideas and conceptual thinking.

Ability to make great animations.

Proven experience working on branding (including brand identity/guidelines).

Ability to interpret and visualise complex information.

Solid typographic/layout design skills, with a high level of crafting and attention to detail.

An understanding of messaging hierarchy and how it can be used to drive communications.

Experience working on digital deliverables.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to manage time and work to a deadline.

Confident presenting creative concepts to senior stakeholders, advising and exchanging ideas with other team members.

Have a great portfolio and a real passion for design.

No experience or knowledge of healthcare or the tech industry is required. The candidate should have big ideas, energy, enthusiasm, and five or more years’ experience working on relevant projects. They should have an appetite for further growing their skill set and experience. This is an opportunity for an ambitious candidate to develop their skills within a passionate and hard working team.
