Job Description
We’re looking for a Social Media Assistant (TikTok) who’s deeply immersed in internet culture and excited to build hands-on experience working on global fashion, lifestyle, and sport brands.
You’ll support TikTok output across adidas (as a key client account) and assist on social media efforts across the agency, helping create content that feels real, relevant, and native to the platform.
This is a highly executional role for someone who lives on TikTok and social media, actively edits in CapCut, stays ahead of trends and creators, and is eager to learn how brands show up culturally, without copying what’s already out there.
In the role, you’ll
Support TikTok content creation
- Assist in filming, editing, and preparing TikTok/social content for @adidas, the R.N.A channel, and other partner brands
- Edit videos hands-on in CapCut (this is essential) to create lo-fi, platform-native content
- Support caption writing, sound selection, formatting, and final prep before posting
- Help ensure content feels authentic, culturally relevant, and not overly branded
Stay immersed in culture
- Stay constantly up to date with TikTok trends, emerging creators, and internet culture
- Track what’s happening across fashion, lifestyle, and sport TikTok — beyond just trending sounds
- Bring references, formats, and early cultural signals to the wider Social team
- Support idea development with fresh, culturally relevant inspiration
Support publishing & engagement
- Support posting and scheduling content across R.N.A and client TikTok/social channels (under guidance)
- Help monitor performance, comments, reposts, and engagement
- Ensure uploads are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand tone of voice
Collaborate cross-functionally
- Work closely with R.N.A’s Creative, Talent, and Production teams
- Support social deliverables within broader shoots or activations
- Take feedback on edits and apply changes quickly and accurately
Track delivery & organisation
- Maintain Asana boards, calendars, and FigJam content trackers
- Support social recap decks, trend roundups, and internal updates
- Keep files, folders, and documentation organised and up to date
Requirements
1–2 years in a social, content, or creator-support role (or strong personal TikTok experience)
Proven hands-on experience editing TikTok videos in CapCut — please include examples or links
Strong understanding of TikTok culture, especially within fashion, lifestyle, and sport
Confident editing quickly, iterating, and responding to feedback
Strong attention to pacing, tone, and visual storytelling
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Collaborative mindset with an interest in creative workflows and brand storytelling
Fluent in Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and basic creative tools (CapCut essential)
