Junior Copywriter/PR Exec
Job Description
This is truly a unique and exciting role for someone fresh out of University or still finding their feet in London. We are looking for a Copywriter/ PR Exec to work across two trailblazing brands.
One brand is Neverbland, who build digital products, services, brands and businesses that not only create huge success but also improve people’s lives and our planet.
The other brand is Peak Nootropic - a soft drink that has created a brand new category and is witnessing rollercoaster growth.
Both brands work out of the same office space, require different levers for success, but require fantastic copywriting ability and strategic PR skills.
Neverbland requires someone to develop its case study strategy, write them and launch them to its client base working closely with the design team. It needs someone to continually update its website copy wise and manage the blog calendar as well as develop other initiatives such as a sustainability report as well as wax lyrical about all its BCorp initiatives.
Peak requires the individual to develop a coherent PR strategy and execute it with key trade and consumer publications, source compelling stories and execute great collaborations so that newsworthy material is created and published.
Self-starters will excel in this role. We want to hear from you if you have great copywriting skills and the ability to create and execute a great PR strategy.
Key activities
- Ensure an annual Peak PR strategy & plan is put into place and executed with key publications.
- Ensure that compelling stories are sourced and written for placement in key publications.
- Create newsworthy categories and news articles that are repurposed and shared with the commercial Peak team.
- Develop strong relationships with key trade press and consumer press so that Peak is always a favoured partner.
- Working closely with the design, write, design and release of the backlog of Neverbland case studies currently in development.
- Develop a Neverbland case study and article strategy & plan along with key other stakeholders in the business and execute it seamlessly working alongside the design team
- Ensure blog content and LinkedIn article content is rich and compelling and Neverbland is managing to write and place leadership articles with key trade publications.
- Alongside other stakeholders champion sustainable transformational growth within the BCorp framework communicating the best work and Neverbland culture to potential new business clients.

- Be an amazing article and copywriter able to create an engaging and intriguing copy.
- Be a self-starter and be able to have the vision to create a great article or story by joining the dots.
- Constantly craft and pitch the Neverbland & Peak story to secure media coverage and features
- Create concepts and stories in response to briefs
- Always be thinking ahead a looking for the next story to leverage PR
- Be able to manage ambiguity at times and set the agenda.
- Be a self-starter and manage priorities accordingly delivering objectives within a timeline.
- Be a strong networker and enjoy making connections and telling the Neverbland & Peak story.
- Great in Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
- Ambitious with an ability to make your own successful future
