WHY YOU’RE HERE
The Junior Designer role at Amplify is an entry-level position. At this level, designers work closely under the supervision of a Senior Designer, Design Director and Creative Director, who will provide mentoring as you learn the ropes in design conception, implementation and production within a creative environment.
The Junior Designer plays an integral role within our creative team, contributing to the development and execution of bold, engaging ideas across both pitches and live projects. They help to define and deliver the visual identity of brand experiences, spanning 2D executions for spatial environments, digital platforms, and wider design formats.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that supports a wide range of creative tasks, from ideation and concept development to the creation of presentation materials and internal brand assets. The ideal candidate will bring strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and a passion for crafting visually compelling, strategically aligned work. The Junior Designer plays a key role in ensuring our creative outputs are both impactful and cohesive, helping brands connect with audiences in meaningful and memorable ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the visual development of creative concepts across multiple channels and formats, ensuring alignment with the overall brand vision.
- Collaborate with the wider creative team to shape and evolve the design language of live experiences, from initial ideas through to final execution.
- Contribute to the ideation process with fresh thinking and a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
- Translate strategic and conceptual thinking into clear, engaging design assets that elevate both internal and client-facing work.
- Help maintain creative consistency and quality across all outputs, including pitches, presentations, brand communications, and internal collateral.
