The Role

As an Account Director at B&B, you set the tone. You’ll be the strategic partner to senior clients, leading the creative and commercial success of their brands. You’ll champion brilliant design solutions while unlocking growth opportunities that make a tangible impact.

You’ll inspire a talented client services team, helping shape the future of B&B as we grow our reputation as the go‑to brand and packaging agency for the most ambitious and purposeful food and drink brands around the world.

What you’ll do

• Lead and grow key client partnerships – Build deep, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming their go‑to advisor.

• Own the commercial agenda – Forecast and manage P&L for your accounts, hitting revenue and profitability targets while spotting new opportunities.

• Champion creativity with strategy – Collaborate closely with our Strategic and Creative teams to ensure work is not just on brief, but breakthrough.

• Drive long‑term growth – Build client development plans, unlock organic growth, and play an active role in new business.

• Inspire and lead your team – Mentor, motivate and guide our SAMs and AMs, setting a high bar for collaboration, communication and delivery.

• Contribute to B&B’s future – Be an ambassador for our B Corp values, sharing knowledge, shaping processes, and helping elevate our position in the industry.

What we’re looking for

• Proven leadership in a design or brand consultancy, ideally with strong focus on food and drink.

• A sharp strategic mind with commercial instincts – confident owning budgets, P&L and client development.

• Gravitas and confidence with senior stakeholders; you’re as comfortable in the boardroom as you are in a creative review.

• A natural mentor and hands-on team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative studio.

• A passion for design and the belief that creativity changes businesses for the better.

The Details

• Full time; permanent or 6-month FTC. Working hours 9:30 – 6pm.

• 3 days in the studio, 2 days optional work from home.

• 25 days annual leave per year (+ bank holidays) and a day off on your birthday!
