We’re looking for a Midweight Creative to join our growing team, someone with passion, craft, and curiosity, ready to elevate ideas into powerful, on-brand creative that moves people and builds brands.
The Role
As a Midweight Creative, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering bold, beautiful creative across multiple channels. You’ll bring energy and originality to every project, taking ownership of smaller briefs, supporting senior creatives on larger platforms, and helping bring strategic ideas to life with finesse.
You’ll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and client teams to create standout work that’s both inspiring and effective. You’ll be growing in independence and confidence, taking your creative craft to the next level within a supportive, ambitious environment.
What You'll Do
• Take creative ownership of specific tasks or smaller projects, delivering high-quality, on-brief work.
• Translate creative briefs and strategic input into compelling concepts and visuals.
• Contribute original ideas and support the shaping of larger creative platforms.
• Develop ideas into moodboards, scamps, and digital visuals with growing confidence.
• Execute polished creative across identity, packaging, campaigns, and activations.
• Adapt ideas seamlessly across formats and channels, maintaining consistency and impact.
• Communicate design decisions clearly in internal and client contexts.
• Engage in reviews constructively, applying feedback to refine and elevate creative quality.
• Manage timelines and deliverables efficiently, ensuring creative excellence at every stage.
What We’re Looking For
• A creative thinker with 3–5 years’ experience in a design or creative agency
• Ideally with experience of drinks, FMCG, or lifestyle brands. Understanding cross channel creative (BTL and ATL) is beneficial to this role.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, refined craft, and versatility across channels.
• Solid technical ability in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and growing confidence in After Effects.
• Efficiency creating quality documents in PowerPoint.
• Confidence in presenting and explaining ideas clearly.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
• Awareness of design, culture, and trends and how they shape standout brand work.
• Passion for drinks brands and a desire to grow into a specialist within this exciting category.
