Job Description

We have an opportunity for a talented mid-weight Creative Artworker to join our team. We are seeking a switched-on, articulate individual with strong artworking skills.

You’ll play a vital role in our fast-paced agency, ensuring that creative concepts are flawlessly executed into final artwork. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, account managers, and the wider team to bridge the gap between design and production, refining visuals to meet technical and brand specifications.

What you’ll do

  • Artwork & Layout: Take approved designs to final artwork across print and digital (brochures, reports, sales collateral, social assets, event materials, etc.).
  • Daily Asset Production: Deliver a steady output of brand-consistent assets across print, web, digital, and promotional materials.
  • Typesetting & Versioning: Produce clean, consistent layouts; typeset client supplied content to design templates, action amends and version updates with precision.
  • PowerPoint: Build and refine slide decks, templates, and master slides; ensure brand consistency.
  • Iconography & Infographics: Create simple icons, data visuals, and diagrams from supplied content.
  • Pre-Press and file preparation: Preflight, package, and supply press-ready files; liaise with suppliers as needed.
  • Quality control: Meticulous proofing, brand consistency checks, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work efficiently with designers and project managers to communicate progress and meet deadlines.
  • Process: Maintain tidy file and folder structures, version control, and artwork standards.

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years’ experience in a studio or agency artworker role.
  • Expert Adobe Creative Cloud skills — InDesign (advanced), Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint (master slides, templates, diagrams and infographics).
  • Strong typography, composition, and grids knowledge.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working to brand guidelines and fast turnarounds.
  • Basic motion/animation for PPT or social (e.g., simple transitions or GIFs).
  • Experience preparing Accessible documents (PPT/PDF best practices).
  • Knowledge of print, colour management and packaging.

Working Model

  • Hybrid: Split between London office and flexible WFH (pattern agreed with manager).
  • Occasional extended hours around key deadlines (TOIL available as per policy).

Salary & benefits

Our salary offer and benefits, these are outlined below:

  • Starting salary of up to £35,000 per year which will be reviewed annually
