Senior Programme Manager

Salary: £42k - £45k per annum

Term: 12 month fixed term contract

Working pattern: 40 hours per week

Based: London/Home based

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Programme Manager on a one year fixed term contract, to help us deliver key areas of the programme whilst the current temporary Head of Night Club is on maternity leave. You will ensure top-quality delivery of our programme to night shift workers across multiple industries. Since its inception in 2018, we have engaged over 5,000 employees across 25 sites in the UK and we continue to grow. We need a skilled professional to help us expand our reach and continue to make a positive impact on sleep and mental health.

As the Senior Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ultimately accountable for the high-quality and profitable delivery of the Night Club programme. You will manage budgets, client relationships, and a dispersed team of employed and freelance staff, ensuring the right resources are in place and trained for efficient delivery of the programme.

You will also be the product owner for all Night Club products, working with the Director to evolve and refine products from delivery feedback and market needs. Additionally, you will focus on driving new business from existing clients and showcasing Night Club at appropriate conferences and events.

To be successful in this role, you will need a proactive attitude, exceptional client relationship management skills, strong financial acumen, and experience managing budgets and dispersed teams. You should also have business development experience, excellent leadership and team management skills, and exceptional communication and networking skills.

About Night Club

Launched in 2018, Night Club is a tried and tested consortium funded by the Wellcome Trust, Impact on Urban Health and corporates from multiple sectors including the Co-op, Thames Water, Transport for London, the NHS and GXO, amongst others. Night Club brings employers, policy makers, shift workers and sleep scientists together to improve sleep health and help mitigate the negative impacts of shift work which exacerbates existing health inequalities.

Night Club is committed to educating shift workers on how they can positively impact their own sleep health; influencing corporates to provide better working conditions for shift workers; and supporting policy-makers in designing and delivering initiatives that will encourage businesses to take action.
