You’ll take a leading role in creating and evolving brand identities for our clients. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional design quality, shaping creative concepts, and developing scalable brand systems that stand the test of time.

• You understand strategy and use it to shape design decisions that are purposeful and effective.
• We don’t expect you to have lived your whole career in B2B, but a bit of experience here will help you hit the ground running.
• You make real, additive design that doesn’t just look good, but actively solves client problems.
• You follow your instinct and creativity to get to exciting answers quickly, without losing focus on quality.
• You talk passionately offering insight about your work. Getting people excited about an idea is half the battle.
• You recognise that brand and product are inseparable, with a strong ability to design seamlessly across brand, web, and product experiences.
• You give and receive constructive feedback, helping us raise our design standards as a team.
• You’re curious and questioning — always pushing for the strongest creative outcomes.
• You’re a team player. Together isn’t just a name.

Plus you...

• Bring 8+ years of design experience, where you have been the creative powerhouse in branding projects.
• Have a strong portfolio of brand identity and systems work.
• Are proficient in Figma, Adobe CC and creative AI platforms. With a keen interest in emerging design technology.
• Have experience in B2B tech (a strong advantage).
