Job Description

We’re looking for a talented creative team to create first-class campaigns for all of our clients, and add some winning oomph to new business pitches.

The role:

We believe that creativity can make anything better, whether it’s a film for a youth brand or an email for bank – so you’ll have a portfolio filled with unexpected ideas, across a range of sectors and channels.

You’ll have the hunger and commitment to see things through, which means craft skills are essential. We like writers who love to write and art directors who obsess about the little details and the big picture.

You’ll work well with colleagues from all departments, collaborating with CDs, designers, motion designers and planners, as well as external suppliers like photographers, directors and illustrators, to make every piece of work the best it can be.

You’ll enjoy the chance to present your own work, whether to internal stakeholders or to clients. With strong agency experience behind you, you’ll be looking for the next step so you can keep learning and keep progressing.

Show brilliant cross-channel conceptual ability

Create a range of best-in-class concepts to present to creative directors

Demonstrate strong craft skills

Work alongside other disciplines to make your vision a reality

Tackle all projects – large and small – with gusto

Present confidently to colleagues and clients

Knowledge of Creative Suite

Ensure client work is always on brand

Keep up to speed with industry innovations and trends

Understand the different needs and possibilities of different channels

Defend work with passion but pragmatism

Proactively contribute to the department, or otherwise assist where needed

Challenge briefs and feedback where appropriate in a constructive way
