Job Description

Nalla is a hybrid agency with no fixed days in our Shoreditch (London) based office - our teams choose when, where and how to collaborate together to get the best creative ideas and execution.

In a Nutshell

We’re Nalla, a branding agency that has some great ambitions and a clear plan on how to get us there. As a team we invent brands and get results. We’re looking for someone that loves what they do, gets excited by a branding agency that is living in the reality; that brands are now digital conversationalists, and wants to explore the creative application of branding with like-minded people at an ambitious growing agency.

Why us

At Nalla, everyone is creative. Yes, we craft beautiful designs, but we also discover original angles, devise new processes, and come up with fresh strategic ideas. We’re looking for someone who would class themselves as curious, never settles and low ego to be part of a team of creative brand designers. In return, we offer a friendly and fun team environment and flexibility in ways of working (fully hybrid model) in a fast-growing ambitious agency.

What you’ll bring

You're a creative ninja who loves a week of variety in both types of clients and the work you create for them.

A hunger for knowledge and a love of learning means you constantly push yourself to be both a great designer and a great team member - you understand that the studio's culture really matters as much as the work does. We're open to new ideas, perspectives, tools and technology, so you enjoy bringing your thoughts and voice on improving the agency and our clients' brands in our regular all agency retro sessions.

You can work on your own and thrive as part of a wider creative team. You'll take ownership of your role in developing and then implementing branding projects. But you also enjoy the team's support and actively contribute to our all design team weekly crits – which might just give you some Uni days flashbacks!
