Job Description

Effection are looking for a Project/Studio manager to help us deliver our digital and branding projects.

The role:

The primary role is to help scope, plan, resource and deliver projects; from gathering requirements, managing timelines and resources, to creating clear project documentation. There will be a client facing element working alongside our Account Director.

As a smaller studio, we are also looking for someone to assist with the operations of our studio; to help refine and improve our workflows and processes and assist with day to day management.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering and managing multiple projects simultaneously from end to end, in a creative, fast-paced environment (either digital or creative agency)
  • Well organised, with clear communication skills
  • A problem solver, with a can do attitude
  • Understanding of the digital landscape, including Web Design & Development, Email, CMS platforms
  • A passion for creativity
  • Knowledge of at least some of the following tools; Trello, Google Suite, Figma, Harvest, Notion, Pitch.com (although we are open to recommendations to improve process and tools)

As a bonus...

  • Experience in defining and evolving processes and workflows
  • Technical digital experience (CMS content management, Google Analytics reporting, managing HTML email campaigns etc)

The details

Primarily based in our canal side studio at Great Western Studios (between Notting Hill and Paddington) with remote working on a Friday.

Macbook with keyboard/mouse for remote work

20 days holiday + bank holidays and close over Christmas

Salary dependant on applicant experience.
