Location: Shoreditch, London (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

About the role:
We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to work across the Connects client portfolio, creating best-in-class social and influencer campaigns from conception to final delivery. From multi-tiered influencer campaigns to always-on social content, the ideal applicant will have their finger on the social pulse, know the key trends as they happen, and have a strong grasp of what great creative concepts, copywriting, and art direction can do for organic social and social advertising.
Solid agency background with social first experience and social platform knowledge is essential as well as an understanding of the broader media space and advertising.
Key Responsibiliites
• Creating 360 consumer first campaign ideas, fully formed and presentable to clients.
• Strategic Thinking: Beyond just being creative, work closely with our stategy and data team to translate strategic thinking into campaigns that achieve specific business goals and deliver tangible results
• Lead brainstorms, idea generation and filter and build through to complete campaign ideas
• Always-on reactive thinking and content ideation based on up-to-the-minute social trends
• Process brief from client/strategy/account services and translate into effective creative work.
• Working closely with design and strategy.
• Lead on pro-active out of scope ideas to present to clients that considers an ATL and BTL approach
• Creative support across pitches of all levels
• In-agency thought leadership, regularly sharing and discussing interesting new campaigns/creative/trends that you have seen
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Key requirements:
- Excellent creative conceptual, art directional and copywriting skills that can make a good campaign great
- Ability to come up with fresh, innovative ideas that resonate with target audiences and align with client objectives
- Adept at interpreting feedback from internal and external stakeholders
- You are open to diverse thinking, new ideas and ways of working.
- Open passionate, creative, and collaborative
- You have a creative approach to problem solving that ties in strategic insights where necessary
- Works proactively, independently and as part of a team
A confident communicator with experience in pitching and selling in creative ideas both internally and externally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a changing environment
- Deep Understanding of Social Media Platforms: Knowledge about the dynamics, trends, and best practices for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and more.
- Influencer Landscape Familiarity: Knowledge of influencers in various niches, and understanding the complexities and intricacies of influencer partnerships.
- Meticulous eye for detail who won’t settle for anything less than the best
- Photoshop and/or other design software to create mockups that sell your ideas, desirable.
