Job Description

We are looking for a talented middleweight artworker with a strong digital background and a high level of proven skill across Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.

This position requires you to take the responsibility and ownership of a project through from its initial brief to final approval and delivery to the client. We would love to see an excellent self motivator who is calm under pressure, with the ability to be flexible and adapt to a range of fast-turnaround projects. An active contributor to department knowledge and culture.

This position will be ideal for someone looking to grow and develop their experience within a thriving creative agency and establish themselves as an integral part of the team.

Typical Activities

• Design artwork across numerous layouts for a single project, making the creative fit across a wide variety of assets

• Take ownership of a project from start to finish and will work to ensure that the artwork meets the needs of the client's brief and brand guidelines

• Manage a high-volume workload, including foreign language versions, if required

• Communicate with team members during daily stand ups ensuring all projects are completed and delivering on time

• Create and adapt artwork templates to be used by clients and in-house teams

• Helping designers research and generate ideas for mood boards and client pitches

• Maintaining and uploading of files to clients

Skills Required

• Proven experience in a similar role or environment

• An expert in Photoshop with a good understanding of smart objects and working with multiple artboards on a single template

• A keen eye for design and puzzle solving; you will be creating numerous layouts in various sizes for a single project

• Retouching and cut-out/comping of images

• Strong attention to detail, methodical and efficient

• Able to adhere to a consistent graphic production and checking process, while also identifying opportunities for improvement
