The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn data into creative firepower. Meta is your home ground, but you also understand how creative translates across TikTok and Google (Pinterest would be great too).

You know what makes someone stop scrolling, click, and convert - and you can own the creative process from insight → concept → production → iteration. You’ll collaborate closely with the Acquisition Lead to combine a sharp eye for hooks and storytelling with the ability to analyse creative performance metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR) and transform insights into ready-to-scale creative assets.

Reporting into the Head of Brand & Creative, you’ll work closely with the Acquisition Lead and Head of Marketing to ensure every piece of creative is both brand-aligned and performance-optimised.

What You’ll Do

This is a company-shaping role where your ideas will directly fuel OMRE’s growth. You’ll be the mind behind powerful creative concepts across video and graphics - concepts that don’t just drive performance, but also build a bold, premium brand in an emerging category. You’ll get the freedom to experiment, push boundaries, and see your work turn into impact at scale.

- Concept the big ideas: Develop original, scroll-stopping ad concepts - from hooks to scripts to visuals - that cut through the noise and inspire action.

- Create from insight: Use performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR) to spot opportunities, shape creative strategy, and bring new ideas to life.

- Turn numbers into stories: Translate complex product benefits into engaging, human stories that resonate emotionally and perform commercially.

- Leverage AI tools: Use AI-driven platforms to brainstorm, prototype, and iterate creative concepts - exploring new ways to enhance ad performance and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

- Collaborate & make it happen: Partner with designers, editors, and creators to bring your concepts to life across video, graphics, and UGC.

- Own creative production: Oversee shoots, manage edit cycles, and even capture UGC-style content yourself when needed - ensuring output is sharp, premium, and on-brief.

- Lead cross-platform impact: Focus on Meta first, but adapt and experiment with TikTok, Pinterest, and Google to expand OMRE’s creative footprint.

- Stay ahead of culture: Track competitor ads, industry shifts, and cultural trends, translating them into fresh, timely creative directions.

What You Bring

- You bring a positive, inspired, and proactive energy - the kind that thrives in a start-up, turns challenges into creative opportunities, and sparks momentum across the team.

- Proven experience producing high-performing Meta ads (UGC, statics, video, carousel, hooks).

- Comfort with creative analytics - you know how to read and act on hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR.

- Strong writing skills for hooks, scripts, and ad copy.

- Experience collaborating with and briefing creative talent (designers, editors, creators).

- Additional understanding of Google Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest ads would be great too.

- Highly organised, structured, and able to deliver at speed.

- Passion or strong interest for wellness, longevity, and building a meaningful brand.
