Our office is located in Soho, London. We’re a small, dynamic team and we focus heavily on product development and keeping our product adaptable. About the job:

As the company continues to grow at a fast pace, so too has the team. The marketing team has grown and the rate of marketing requirements has increased. We’re looking for someone to support the existing marketing team in delivering high quality content and assets to support marketing campaigns.

As Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating assets for the marketing team across all functions including website, email, paid campaigns and organic/paid social media. You will work closely with the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer), Lead Designer (Product Designer) and marketing team to develop new assets and improve the brand and visual quality.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Graphic Designer, you will support the marketing team by creating static images and animations to use across the website, email campaigns, paid campaigns, and organic social media. You will work with the Lead Designer to use product assets to showcase the platform and app in marketing visuals. You will also work with the UX/UI Manager to own and develop the brand, and ensure it’s represented correctly across all marketing channels.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design high-impact static visuals for paid social, web, product, and email campaigns.
  • Create Lottie animations and motion graphics for our site and product UI.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to bring campaigns and features to life.
  • Maintain and evolve FITR’s visual brand guidelines across all channels.
  • Contribute ideas to creative brainstorms and campaign planning sessions.

Who we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
  • A portfolio showcasing strong static designs and Lottie animations.
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Excellent proficiency using Lottielab, LottieFiles, or Jitter.video.
  • A keen eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach, comfortable working across teams.
  • Willingness to learn and develop on new design tools (with the support of the company).

Our offer:

  • Salary offer £40,000 - £50,000 (negotiable depending on experience and portfolio quality).
  • Hybrid work model - work from home (Mondays and Fridays, 09:00 to 17:00) and office based (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 10:00 to 17:00).
