Job Description
The Office
Zak Group is a design office. We design worlds through creative direction, brand strategy and spatial environments across fashion, art, technology, sport and entertainment.
The Role
Zak Group is hiring a Midweight–Senior Graphic Designer to collaborate with the Creative Director and team on branding and identity projects.
We’re looking for someone who thinks in systems, meticulously crafts original artwork and graphics, and has deep foundational skills across brand design and typography.
This is a full-time position in-house at the Zak Group office in London. A midweight application will demonstrate strong execution that supports senior direction; a senior will mentor juniors and lead concept development and systems.
How We’re Different
We lead with creative direction and build with the discipline of a design office, working across and beyond traditional boundaries.
The Work
Projects range from cultural institutions to global brands, often operating across print, digital, and spatial formats simultaneously. You will contribute to brand worlds that extend beyond a logo or mark, developing frameworks that hold ideas and scale across touchpoints.
You will:
– Bring 3–6+ years of graphic design experience at a creative studio or agency.
– Conceptualise and execute high-fidelity ideas across symbols, logos, logotypes, lettering, type design and illustration, using a wide range of image-making techniques.
– Translate concepts across strategy, experience, motion and digital.
– Build flexible visual systems that adapt to a wide range of media and formats, rather than fixed static applications.
– Lead the development of visual mood boards, brand tone and imagery, and style guides.
– Create clearly structured presentations that articulate concepts and design approaches to clients.
– Cast freelance creative collaborators across disciplines depending on project needs.
– Work across 2D graphics and motion and graphic systems — experience with 3D is a plus but not essential.
Details & Benefits
The salary bracket for this role is £38,000–£60,000 depending on skills and experience. Alongside salary, we place significant weight in working with the world’s best brands shaping the future of their sectors, and in your long-term development.

– 33 days holiday per year (25 days annual leave + UK public holidays)
