We are growing our team and looking for Designers who are passionate about creating beautifully crafted design solutions to join us.

You will be a very creative problem solver with a flexible and organised mind, able to produce design of the highest calibre.

Working closely with, and in support of our Design Associates, Creative Director and Creative Partners, you will lead the creative development of a variety of exciting projects, right from concept to creation.

You will create and encourage beautiful and inspiring designs that respond to our client's needs and their markets challenges.

Responsibilities include:

• To collaborate and develop strong relationships with our multi-disciplinary team
• To work closely with our DA’s to help direct other team members to deliver creative solutions
• To act as a mentor for our junior designers
• To work closely with our Project Managers and ensure deadlines are delivered on schedule
• To work closely with our DA’s to help provide clear and objective critiques of creative work
• To always strive to produce award-winning creative, beautiful and useful design solutions
• To put together presentations and present work, both internally and to clients
• To promote the philosophy, values, and beliefs of the company

Essential:
