We are seeking a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our content strategy, planning, and
execution. You will oversee our digital presence across social platforms, our website, newsletters,
ensuring all content reflects our brand identity, created by Pentagram. The goal is to connect social
media activity directly to community growth, event attendance, and product sales

Your Responsibilities
Brand Guidelines
● Understand and implement Love Supreme Projects’ brand guidelines
● Ensure all content consistently reflects our brand voice, values, and long-term goals.
● Managing our library of content (Drive)
Content Creation
● Lead the content creation process and manage content creators.
● Develop and produce branded and loose content (graphics, photos, videos) for platforms such
as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
● Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos that reflect our brand identity rooted in
music, art, nature, spirituality, and community.
Social Media & Website Management
● Manage and monitor daily activities on social media accounts: posting, engaging with the
community (reposts, DMs, comments, and tags).
● Oversee website operations
● Manage weekly and monthly newsletters on Squarespace.
● Monitor newsletter KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth, open rates).
E-commerce Integration
● Connect posts and stories directly to our Shopify store to drive awareness and sales.
● Manage product tags and ensure smooth product linking.
● Collaborate with the team on product launches and new drops.
● Track and report on social-driven sales performance.
Marketing Strategy
● Develop content calendars using Planoly and create strategic plans to drive engagement and
growth.
● Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, email templates, posters, and
ads.
Data Analysis
● Use analytics tools to track and report on social media performance.
● Provide monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
● Share weekly and monthly data snapshots with insights.
● Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
● Stay up to date on trends in social media, social commerce, and wellness communities.
Who You Are:
● 3–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist.
● Someone who understands our brand, who we are and loves it!
● Strong understanding of start-up culture, with key skills in proactivity, organization, attention
to detail, problem-solving, adaptability, and autonomy.
● Collaborative mindset, comfortable working in team-based environments.
● Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn) and website
platforms (Squarespace, Shopify).
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics
● Ability to understand and follow specific brand guidelines
● Passionate about design, social media, and community building, with a desire to engage both
local and global audiences.
● Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas within an established brand identity.
