We’re expanding and seeking a Brand & Design Executive to join our entrepreneurial team. This is a chance to work closely with our Creative and Art Directors, shaping projects that span fashion, craft, and cultural innovation. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to both strategic brand building and detailed design execution, helping bring Nosakhari’s vision to life on a global stage.
What You’ll Do
· Support creative direction across research, mood boards, collection planning, and concept development.
· Manage the full design process — from technical packs and sampling to costings, production, and on-time delivery.
· Develop and oversee creative briefs, critical paths, and visual calendars for brand and design projects.
· Help define and maintain Nosakhari’s brand voice across digital and physical touchpoints.
· Lead and support campaigns, social media, and collaborations with internal teams and external creatives.
· Contribute to cross-disciplinary projects, from installations to community initiatives, that expand the reach of our mission.
What You Bring
· Strong creative instincts with proven project management ability.
· Experience in design development and brand execution within a creative industry.
· Ability to balance strategic thinking with detail-driven delivery.
· Confidence working with diverse stakeholders, from interns to senior collaborators.
· A proactive, adaptable mindset and a passion for storytelling through design.
