Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a full-time Senior Designer to play a central role in the studio’s creative output. Lead design projects from briefing to final delivery
Take ownership of projects of varying scale, from early research and concept development through to production and rollout. You’ll ensure every stage reflects Brody Associates’ creative vision, rigorous craft standards, and client objectives.
Develop visual identity systems and components
Design and refine bespoke visual identities and components that work seamlessly across print, digital, and environmental applications. You’ll develop coherent systems (with guidelines) that scale globally while retaining nuance and originality, and elements of a brand’s identity such as packaging, art direction, logos and motion design. You will work closely with type designers on the development of custom typefaces for clients. You will also look into developing branded content for our clients.
Mentor junior designers and uphold design quality
Support and guide team members by providing constructive critique, sharing your knowledge of craft and technical expertise, and setting the benchmark for design excellence across the studio.
Present your work and rationale to clients and stakeholders
Communicate ideas clearly and persuasively through visuals, mockups, and verbal storytelling. You’ll explain the thinking behind your design decisions and build confidence with both creative and non-creative audiences through structured presentations.
Manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables
Prioritise and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they progress smoothly and meet deadlines in close collaboration with our Studio Manager & Project Lead. You’ll balance hands-on design work with project coordination and client engagement.
Development of Studio Work for marketing purposes
Support the creation of engaging content—from client presentations to case studies and social media—that communicates our design work with clarity and impact.
Keep up with design trends and tooling
Stay curious and proactive in exploring new technologies, tools, and cultural shifts in design, typography, and brand communication. You’ll bring fresh perspectives into the studio and help evolve our creative practice.
