Mid/Senior Creative Designer - (Bespoke-ly)
We are looking for a senior creative to join Bespokely (www.bespokely.cc) where business meets creativity.
About us:
We create truly unique gi�fting experiences for our clients and brands. working with a mixture of startups to larger brands such as Spotify, Google, Net�ix and Instagram. �There is huge demand for interesting and engaging gi�fts that help brands communicate with their clients and staff� and we see ourselves very much at the forefront of this.
We are a dynamic team who have achieved significant growth in recent years - over 100% YoY. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled and passionate in their �field and eager to be part of our exciting growth story.
�The role:
We pride ourselves on doing great bespoke work for our clients, which has enabled us to win some fantastic blue chip clients and deliver unique and remarkable projects. As the growth continues, we need to expand our creative team to cater for the growing customer base.
Although predominantly a gi�fting business, a lot of the time the end solution will be much more than just a gi�ft. We like to think about all the parts of the experience to deliver something that really leaves a lasting impression to both the client and the recipients.
Each client's brief and deliverables are di�fferent and the role is ideally suited to a creative thinker with great ideas and an ability to bring that idea to life on time and on budget.
Th�e role is digital facing and demands a knack for problem solving and strong design skills across all disciplines.
Selected Clients
We’re lucky enough to work with a range of inspiring brands in varying sectors from �finance and fashion to media travel and hospitality.
● Working on compelling pitches and proposals for potential and existing clients, across a multitude of sectors and industries.
● Help to enthuse, manage and inspire the creative team, leading specifi�c projects through to completion.
● Lead by example and know how to prioritise, to ensure q�uality work is constantly delivered to the highest creative standard.
● Working in conjunction with the sales team, helping present and sell creative projects and concepts to clients.
● Working closely with the creative director to help execute the create strategies.
● Expertly understanding and interpreting the client’s business needs.
● Helping develop the bespokely.cc website to be a fully transactional e-commerce website. Helping design and build specifi�c landing and marketing pages that convert prospective clients into placing an order or generating leads.
About you:
You will be a creative thinker, with an art director's eye and a love for business. You thrive on challenging briefs and �finding creative solutions to them. You’ll have at least 6+ years experience working in a creative department (or similar) and the vision to bring your ideas to life.
Con�fident, practical, with a great understanding of retail, product and all things luxury. You’ll be great at working within a team and leading the junior designers. You’ll have a ‘hands-on’ and ‘can do’ attitude, particularly when working to tight project deadlines.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) re�quired, with strong copywriting skills and impeccable grammar. Strong attention to detail is needed, as is an ability to balance multiple workstreams, tasks, and deliverables.
You’ll be ambitious and be looking to grow in the role, building towards more senior positions in the business in time.
Your Experience & Skills
● Around 6 years experience, but we're open to less if the candidate has proven interest and capabilities.
● You have a genuine interest in creativity, products, and the luxury sector.
● You are a self-starter, passionate and collaborative team player who can roll up their sleeves.
● You have a sense of accountability; deliver on promises and take responsibility for actions.
● You are comfortable in managing multiple concurrent projects of varying size and type.
● Experience and con�fidence in communicating with clients is essential, as is an ability to present designs and ideas to clients.
● You will be able to demonstrate examples of working on a range of creative projects.
● You are highly ambitious and constantly aim to push standards.

Location:
West London Studio. (Ladbroke grove Tube 4mins)
Pay:
£48-£55k based on experience
�There will be a 6 month probationary period.
