Job Description

Bring beautiful, user-first ideas to life.

We’re on the lookout for a talented Middleweight or Senior UI/UX Designer to join our close-knit team in London. You’ll help shape and deliver digital experiences for some of the world’s most exciting brands. Variety is the norm here – so versatility, creativity, and a collaborative spirit are essential.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across the full design lifecycle – from concept through to polished, pixel-perfect delivery. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists to craft exceptional work that meets both user and business needs.

What you’ll be doing

Playing an active role in the creative process – from early ideas to final designs

Leading projects with autonomy while staying connected to the wider team and Creative Director

Delivering clean, on-brand, user-focused digital designs across devices

Collaborating with writers, developers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life

Updating and refining existing work to meet brand and digital guidelines

Presenting your work with clarity and purpose – whether to the team or to clients

Communicating openly and building strong relationships across the studio

What we’re looking for

4–5+ years of digital design experience in a studio or agency environment

A love for websites and digital experiences – and a portfolio to prove it

Strong aesthetic sense aligned with the Steve Edge Design style

Attention to detail and a passion for craft

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Confidence in designing UI/UX journeys that are intuitive, elegant, and strategic

Ability to bring static designs to life through animated prototypes, microinteractions, and motion thinking

Good understanding of UX methodologies and how they support business and user goals

A problem-solver’s mindset and a willingness to learn and grow

Comfortable working to deadlines and managing time across multiple projects

Nice to have

Experience in motion design and video editing (After Effects, Premiere)

Familiarity with AI tools and how they can streamline creative workflows

3D design skills (Cinema 4D, Spline, Blender or similar)

What we offer

21 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 23 days with time)

Office closed over the Christmas period

Cycle to work scheme

Pension scheme

Competitive salary based on experience

Flexible working hours

We operate a remote-first approach but regularly meet up to collaborate and explore. Ideally you’ll be within easy reach of either London or Wolverhampton
