About the role

As our mid-weight designer you will take brand visual identity projects from inception, through to web design, handing off to developers with precision. This role suits someone with a graphic design background who has deliberately developed strong digital skills and has demonstrable website design experience.

What you’ll be working on

• End-to-end brand visual identity projects: typography systems, graphic language, logo design

• Website design, UI and developer handoff: from concept through to annotated, production-ready Figma files

• Building brand guidelines and packaging design systems

• Art-working and production across print and digital channels

• Presenting and communicating design concepts confidently to internal teams and external clients

• Scaling concepts across diverse formats with consistency and craft

• Comfortable working at pace across multiple projects concurrently

• Collaborating closely with strategists, art directors, and fellow designers

Pre-requisites

  • Graphic design degree or similar
  • 5-7 years’ experience as a Designer/Creative in-house or at an agency
  • Extensive Figma experience: comfortable with component libraries, dev hand offs and prototyping
  • Strong Adobe Creative Cloud experience
  • Strong understanding of design principles
  • Natural flair for visual storytelling
  • Portfolio experience working with luxury fashion and/or luxury hospitality brands

Desirable

  • Experience with moving image editing – Da Vinci Resolve or similar
  • Experience with motion, animation or After Effects
  • Interest in AI tools and evolving digital tools
  • Interest in fashion, luxury, culture
