Our client is a creative production agency who post-produce work for globally renowned advertising agencies, and also for mainstream consumer facing brands too.

As a Creative Production Lead, you will sit within the ad agency's retouching team and manage all internal and external transitions so that the process appears seamless. Typical projects include post production on images for OOH/DOOH campaigns, press and magazine ads, POS digital display kits, social and CGI.

Responsibilities include;

  • Reporting to the Director, you will collaborate with the creative studio lead keeping on top of project scopes, workloads, resourcing, finance and project opportunities.
  • Overseeing the retouching department and being responsible for its output.
  • Receiving briefs and create accurate quotes.
  • Taking part in creative reviews and debriefs when needed.
  • Line managing and mentoring a junior to enable them to grow in their role.
  • Mentoring the team to make sure they’re happy, engaged and motivated.
  • Overseeing finance and making sure updates are provided to production when nearing
  • completion, or near budget, and re-quoting for any additional requests.
  • Working with Production, Design and Creative to build strong relationships.
  • Working with the Studio Director to build relationships across Account Management.

Skills & experiences sought:

  • Still retouching post-production experience gained within advertising sector
  • Worked at either production agency or advertising agency.
  • Post-produced high value mainstream consumer brand ads, locally and globally.
  • Thorough hands off knowledge of Photoshop, photography shoot process and image capture packages, colour spaces and specifications for print and digital production.
  • Great eye for detail, colour and grading, and ability to advise the creative
  • Past experience with managing teams, ability to negotiate and problem solve
