We currently have position for a Print Designer to join the team in our creative department.

Role Overview

As a design professional who has a passion for print and packaging you’ll be responsible for raising brand awareness through the use of visual graphics and creative concepts in store. Working on our own brand product ranges including boxes, advent and candles you’ll elevate and evolve the look and feel with an eye on sustainability as well as creative and commercial success. This role reports to the Design Lead and is responsible for the final graphics designed and rolled to stores for campaigns, promotions, events and marketing materials.

Responsible For

Visual Merchandising Campaigns

  • Take the final concept and design, as passed down from the Head of Creative and Design Lead and interpret for all store sizes and designs
  • Design final graphics for each campaign for windows, feature tables, POS and additional fixtures throughout the stores
  • Work closely with print vendors, to finalize print materials, paper weights, colour matching, quoting and ensure timely delivery to stores
  • Coordinate and manage all in-store graphic artwork for VM campaigns and additional graphic installs
  • Support the in-store execution by providing final files and in-store renderings to the VM team for VM guidelines Pack

Own Brand Development

  • Deliver appealing, elevated and commercially successful designs for our own brand products including best of boxes, advent calendars and SNK candles.
  • Work with wider creative team to ensure the look and feel is consistent with overall creative direction
  • Commission and source bespoke materials and designs when required.

In Store Signage

  • Design layouts and final graphics to support any in-store events or promotions, this may include flyers, posters, advertisements, mailers, etc…
  • Omni Channel Projects
  • On top of the day-to-day print work, there will be opportunities for the right candidate to work on and develop design projects across all brand channels including digital.

Skills required

Creative design background in the beauty, fashion or lifestyle sector

Significant exposure to and experience in branding, packaging and print collateral

Strong knowledge in Adobe Programs (Specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)

Excellent art working skills, with experience of preparing artwork for print

Ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment is a must

Impeccable eye for detail
