THE ROLE:

A new role within the team, we’re looking for an individual who is competent in managing the creative process from briefing to concept, through to execution and delivery.

You will be part of the production team, responsible for taking an ‘end to end’ strategic approach to managing projects, with new responsibilities for optimising the efficiency of the Brand Experience business from a commercial and delivery perspective. You will need a proven track record of producing content, managing projects and overseeing multiple projects.

You will manage and support all operational requirements for your respective work streams, ensuring you have the right resources at the right time, and deliver on brief, on deadline and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE:

  • With Creative Director, devise production strategy and approach, assessing the working budgets across workstreams and with channels, to ensure sound budgeting approach and feasibility is front and centre of your planning.
  • With a nimble approach, manage the end-to-end process for assigned workstreams and projects, everything from project management to production and reconciliation.
  • Work with Head of Production, to understand and align on strategy and ensure that all projects are being delivered on time, and on budget and meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Strive to improve the planning and production processes within your area, making recommendations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maintained at the highest level and that best practice is employed by the wider marketing teams.
  • Building internal relationship with team members on other departments
  • Help support and develop junior members of the Production Team
  • Completing day to day tasks on the project, maintaining the high standards expected from our clients
  • Ensure all creative follows sign-off processes

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The conduit between marketing, creative and output so you need to have Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a diplomatic nature
  • Detail driven, with excellent ability to spot inefficiencies and implement new or improved processes
  • Strong problem management skills, showcasing the ability to navigate and respond quickly to challenges
  • A calm and positive temperament that is comfortable with problem solving.
  • Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Evidence of working on multiple projects with multiple deliverables, clients and objectives
  • Significant experience working within a creative agency or production environment, ideally for a global business, (digital, production, broadcast, post)
  • A wider interest in culture outside of work - bringing in new perspectives
  • Organised and methodical with high attention to detail
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
