Job Description

OMSE are searching for a highly conceptual, detailed oriented, and multi-disciplinary senior designer to join our team in London on a full-time basis in our Shoreditch studio with work-from-home on Wednesdays.

About OMSE:

We are an award-winning branding studio working across a variety of sectors and disciplines. We believe that any organisation can look good and have impact in the world around them - whether they are an up-and-coming tech company, an eclectic music venue or even a 200 year old church in Hackney!

Currently, we are a tight knit, highly collaborative team consisting of two creative directors, one senior accounts and three designers. This is a very exciting time to join as we continue to grow. We split the week in two working from home on Wednesdays.

About you:

Keen learner: You’re proactive, curious, and always eager to expand your skillset.

Team player: Collaboration comes naturally to you. You value diverse perspectives, thrive in team settings, and are skilled at giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Positive attitude: You approach challenges with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented mindset, inspiring positivity in those around you.

Attention to Detail: You leave no stone unturned, ensuring that your work is thorough, precise, and reliable.

Design Lover: You’re passionate about design and creativity, with a genuine interest in shaping innovative, meaningful work.

Culture Builder: You contribute to OMSE’s unique culture, championing a supportive and inspiring work environment. Whether it’s organising team outings, fostering connections, or cultivating an atmosphere of creativity, you lead by example every day.

About the role:

  • Lead end-to-end design on major projects, from concept to delivery.
  • Develop strategic, innovative design solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Create and present clear, compelling brand narratives and presentations.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Communicate confidently with clients across presentations, calls, and emails.
  • Mentor designers and interns, and art direct team members and freelancers.
  • Source and manage illustrators and photographers within budget and timelines.
  • Stay current with industry trends and tools to inform new approaches.
  • Lead and organise team initiatives, self-initiated projects, and studio activities.

Salary will be based on experience.
