The Studio

A thriving tech brand that is scaling in 2025. The in-house design studio is at the heart of the business, delivering all creative output and communications to the highest standards. This is a multi-disciplined team of creative excellence, all working together to achieve the best results in a commercial but highly creative way. They now need an established Creative Project Manager to work across all brand communications/creative and help deliver on their ambitions and brand journey. They offer a service orientated but collaborative and supportive environment and culture with some great perks and a super-flexible working arrangement which can be fully remote if needed.

The Opportunity

Supporting the Creative Operations Lead and the wider in-house design team, this person will be central to keeping projects moving, managing workflows, timelines and deliverables so that projects are brought to life smoothly from beginning to end. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide and varied range of creative outputs and disciplines, including social content, brand campaigns, video production and large-scale event activations so you’ll need to be adaptable, well organised and used to working in a fast paced and exciting environment. Day to day responsibilities involve all project briefing and trafficking, resource allocation and management, timelines and budgets. You’ll have the autonomy to run projects end-to-end so this role would be ideal for someone looking to take on more ownership and responsibility as well as supporting and improving studio processes and efficiencies.

Our ideal candidate

Would be someone who combines operational rigour with a collaborative, people-first approach.

Has significant experience (5 years+) in creative project management with agencies or in-house studios.

Has experience managing multiple projects with changing priorities and timelines.

Is confident using project management tools and setting up new systems. Some experience with Monday and Jira would be ideal.

Any experience managing events or live activations would be hugely beneficial as would some familiarity with video/content production.

The role would suit somebody who balances big-picture thinking with detail and has a great understanding of branding and creativity.
