Media Arts Lab (MAL) is the exclusive global advertising agency dedicated to Apple. Our mission is to create smart, simple, and iconic work that transforms business and shapes culture for one of the world’s most iconic brands.

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Talent Manager to lead recruitment for creative roles across Global and EMEA, from Junior Creatives to Creative Directors. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll shape how we identify, attract, and support creative talent.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead creative recruitment by owning the full-cycle recruitment process for a broad range of creative roles, art directors, copywriters, designers, image researchers, digital/social creators and more.
  • Sourcing and curating top talent, you’ll dedicate a majority of time reviewing portfolios, analyzing editorial reviews or articles and studying award-winning shows in search of standout talent.
  • You'll also collaborate closely with the leadership team to review candidates and share insights from your screening conversations.
  • Build creative connections in advertising, design, entertainment and social by representing MAL within the wider creative world.
  • Develop relationships with well-known creative award organizations, as well as grassroots creative communities.
  • Shape talent pipeline strategy with leadership to refine and evolve recruitment strategies, processes, and systems. Your input will directly influence the future of the creative departments for EMEA.
  • Mentor and inspire, guide junior talent and help foster a culture of learning and growth. You’ll also help launch and lead an internship program in the London office.
  • Collaborate across departments by working closely with the Director of Creative Recruitment, the Talent Development Director, Executive Creative Director, and Creative Directors to develop initiatives that support learning, mentorship, and career development.
  • Spot and cultivate potential success in talent, this role isn’t just about recognizing established talent, it’s about identifying potential, championing emerging voices, and nurturing future creative leaders.

What You Bring:

  • A deep understanding of the creative and advertising industry, with a sharp eye for great creative work.
  • Proven experience in creative recruitment, ideally within an agency or brand environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
  • A passion for supporting talent development and driving cultural and creative innovation.
  • A proactive, people-first mindset, able to build trust, foster relationships, and lead with empathy.
