Data obsessed and able to constantly adapt accordingly, you will assist the Head of Social in analysing performance in order to achieve growth and engagement.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Someone with experience working across multiple social media platforms for a large brand, following and implementing a clear social strategy using scheduling and other social tools to manage content output effectively.
  • Experienced in social storytelling, directly creating, posting and optimising content across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, using witty captions full of tone and relevance to drive audience engagement and traffic to the site.
  • Constantly looking to push forward with exciting, fresh new ideas.
  • Passionate about women’s media and Cosmopolitan in particular, with a thorough understanding of our reader and what is important to them.
  • Able to multi-task, with a clear track record of handling difficult situations, remaining calm and professional under pressure.

WHAT WE OFFER

At Hearst UK, you can choose from a huge range of perks and benefits that can help you learn well, work well and live well including:

  • 25 days’ holiday (with the option to buy up to 5 additional holiday days)
  • Hybrid working – Two days per week in the office
  • Discounted gym membership
  • Healthcare cash plan
  • Spend a charity day with your favourite good cause
  • Life assurance and pension scheme
  • Regular socials and more!

There’s more to your story than you imagine. And the next chapter begins right here.
