Social Content Editor

This is an office-based role, working as part of a team from our Dalston office on 4 days per week.

As our Social Content Editor you will be responsible for the following:

Content Creation:

Conceptualise video and photo content that resonates with new and existing Bleach London customers

Plan, organise and execute content shoots, capturing high-quality stills and video

Model casting and management

Edit stills and videos into final assets for posting across various social media channels

Collaborating with salon team & marketing team to repurpose salon and creator-led content for owned social channels

Stay on top of social media trends and viral content to ensure Bleach London’s content is current and impactful

Asset management - organise and maintain all video and still assets, including hard drives, dropbox and google drive to ensure smooth production workflows.

Management:

Plan, schedule and publish compelling content across Bleach London’s global social channels

Build and engage a thriving online community

Write engaging captions that reflect Bleach London’s voice and strengthen connections with followers.

Analyse and report on content performance, identifying opportunities for improvement

About you:

2+ years of experience creating high-quality social media content

Strong videography and photography skills, including shooting, editing and producing video content and stills across multiple social platforms.

Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe and After Effects, motion graphics expertise is a plus

Confident copywriting skills with the ability to craft attention grabbing headlines, captions and video scripts.

Highly creative and able to generate a high volume of fresh, engaging ideas

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge or experience within the beauty industry

Willingness to learn basic colour theory and application techniques using our products.
