Studio Assistant
Job Description
Blee Halligan is seeking a Studio Assistant to join their UK team in Shoreditch, London
Our mission is to deliver exceptional buildings on stunning sites for clients who demand the best.
The role will support the studio team by performing office administration and studio running duties. Our ideal candidate will have an engaging personality, a keen interest in architecture, and will have exceptionally strong organisational skills to support the team at Blee Halligan.
This is an entry level position, with room for training on the job, but any experience with Adobe CC, Quickbooks, GSuite and Monday.com are beneficial. The role is part time, at 24 hours per week.
Overview of duties include:
General Admin
- Administrative document upkeep
- Travel booking & organising
- Researching events for team & CPD coordination
- Assisting the Directors when necessary
- IT licence administration
Studio
- Day-to-day running of the London & TCI studios
- Managing the CPD calendar
- Event organisation (Staff Summer outing etc)
- Team resourcing administration
- Maintain correspondence for enquiries emails
Finance
- Processing freelance invoices
- Processing expenses for the team
- Petty Cash recording
Creative
- Additional research for the Practice Director
- Assistance with design documents
