Working in our Covent Garden offices, this sought-after position requires the successful candidate to develop and execute a best in class social media programme for Paul Smith globally. Working closely with the Digital Communications team to ensure campaigns are aligned with the global marketing communications plan. You will champion social media as a key communications platform and be the social and community evangelist within Paul Smith, while significantly growing our social media fans and engagement. Responsibilities:

• Develop our social media strategy with acquisition, engagement and innovation as key objectives for our social media channels including Instagram/Facebook, Tik-Tok, Twitter, YouTube, Weibo, WeChat and Pinterest.

• Manage all social media planning, communications and reporting for Paul Smith.

• Develop and launch leading campaigns to build Paul Smith’s social media community.

• Provide input and support on all crisis management planning across our social platforms.

• Exceed KPI targets across all social media channels, including follower growth, community engagement and paid social ROI.

• Work the Digital Communication team on the day to day relationship with our paid social media agency, ensuring timely delivery of new initiatives, collaborations and campaigns.

• Drive innovation and explore all new social media opportunities.

• Work with PR team to identify and collaborate with influential social creators on key campaigns to increase the reach of brand message.

• To be involved in budget management and planning of social media channels, agencies and influencer collaborations.

• Work closely with the Graphics department and Content team preparing images/video for use across our social media channels.

Essential Experience and Skills Required:

• A minimum of 2 years credible social media marketing and community development experience for a fashion retailer or performance agency with retail clients.

• Proficient with major social media platforms and direct experience with social media management tools.

• Experience in executing creative social media campaigns.

• Able to analyse and interpret financial campaign data and information.

• High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages.
