The Role
As Senior Account Manager you’re the engine that keeps projects moving – and you’re starting to steer strategically. You’ll manage day‑to‑day client relationships with confidence, ensuring projects run smoothly, profitably and deliver exceptional creative. You’ll support and learn from the whole team, and of course your Account Director, while starting to take ownership of strategic conversations and client growth. It’s a chance to step up, make your mark and grow.
What you’ll do
• Own projects end‑to‑end – Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering on time, on budget and beyond expectation.
• Build strong client relationships – Become a trusted partner, understanding their businesses and spotting opportunities to add value.
• Champion brilliant design – Translate briefs into inspiring work, balancing commercial and creative priorities.
• Grow your strategic skills – Collaborate closely with our Strategic and Creative teams, looking at the bigger picture to guide you and our clients.
• Drive efficiency and profitability – Track budgets, scope and resource, proactively flagging opportunities or risks.
• Support and inspire – Share best practice and contribute ideas to make B&B even better.
What we’re looking for
• 4–5+ years in a brand, design or creative agency with proven experience managing complex projects.
• A mix of detail focus and big‑picture thinking, with strong organisational and financial skills.
• A collaborative spirit and great communicator, internally and with clients.
• Passionate about design and eager to grow.

The Details
• Full time; permanent. Working hours 9:30 – 6pm.
• 3 days in the studio, 2 days optional work from home.
• 25 days annual leave per year (+ bank holidays) and a day off on your birthday!
