Job Description
Rowdy is expanding its design team as we enter a new stage of growth. We build brands for businesses shifting gears, and we are looking for a Senior Brand Designer who wants to help drive that momentum. This is a role with genuine creative influence, where your ideas will shape how our work moves and how our studio evolves.
Rowdy works with founders and leadership teams who want to change direction with confidence. Our brands are built to move, grounded in clear strategy and expressed through systems with presence and purpose. Designers here work across the full arc of design, from first spark to full roll-out, with the space to push thinking and craft in equal measure.
You will
- Lead the development of brand systems that carry weight and create movement
- Shape ideas from concept through to refined application, taking creative ownership of key projects
- Experiment with emerging tools where they add energy and meaning
- Build motion and prototype expressions that unlock direction
- Work closely with the Design Director to push the creative ambition of the studio
- Present with clarity and confidence, championing the work inside and outside the studio
- Help refine how we think, build and collaborate as we grow
- Stay sharp across multiple projects with varied demands
You bring
- Senior-level craft and the judgement to know what creates impact
- Confidence across identity, systems and expressive storytelling
- Strength in Figma and Adobe, with curiosity for motion, prototyping or emerging technologies
- A balance of intuition and pragmatism
- The ability to push ideas forward and elevate the work around you
- Care for process, detail and the integrity of the final output
- The ability to collaborate with momentum while owning your creative direction

Experience
5+ or more years of brand design experience with proven impact and a portfolio that shows clarity, craft and surprise.
