The role

The main objective of this role is attracting and securing new business.

We're offering a great opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Sales & Growth Manager to take full ownership of our sales strategy and business development. You will report directly to the company founders.

  • develop and implement our sales strategy
  • explore and identify new business opportunities
  • create and manage sales funnels, content and tactics

The mid-term objectives for this role are business growth and generation of revenue. As the business scales, you will be expected to build and expand the sales team.


  • Salary £35k (+/- depending on experience)
  • On top of the base salary, there is an attractive commission package in place
  • Flexible working hours
  • Start date: ASAP
