Middleweight-Senior Digital UI/UX Designers (Full-time)

We're on the search for talented digital designers (UI/UX); those looking for their next full-time position, and with a minimum of 4+ years experience (ideally within agencies), and London-based.

Our client is small and agile consultancy working with influential brands all over the world. They're director-owned, with a small team of highly talented and strategic thinkers, working closely together to deliver ambitious projects across a wide range of sectors

What we're looking for:

An experienced digital designer (UI/UX) who effortlessly blends creative and strategic thinking. You should have a deep interest in the world of digital and pushing the boundaries of digital design within rigorous design thinking processes and frameworks. We want you to bring your expertise and creativity to our team and instill new ways of thinking about digital design within the team. You'll be working closely alongside our clients, developing design systems, and maintain a high level of quality across all design work.

As the go-to digital design team member, you will play a key role in elevating our design output working closely with our team of in-house developers to create forward-thinking solutions. You will be a key player in shaping the design direction of all digital design strategy and outputs. We want you to grow with the team, using the opportunity to forge a career and make your mark in the studio. You’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting and ambitious clients and projects from all over the world, across a wide range of sectors. This is an ambitious studio looking for driven, passionate and exciting creatives.

Knowledge of component libraries and complex design systems is a must, alongside UX and interaction design, and a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates attention to detail through layout, hierarchy, typography, interactive states and link logic.

Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, XD, Photoshop, Figma, and experience with After Effects or Framer.io would be an advantage.

Note: a minimum of 3 days in the studio (Spitalfields, London)
