Role: Account Executive
Reports to: Account Manager / Owner
Duration: Full-time permanent 40 hrs pw (Hybrid office 3 days min)

Deep is a boutique design agency that houses multi-disciplined creatives across brand, digital, campaigns and roll-out. We have a wide client base across sectors, but are proud to work with premium and luxury clients - those clients that are best-in-class.
We seek a new, motivated individual to join our account management team to assist on retainer clients, and one-off projects.
Purpose of the role
You would be supporting the smooth delivery of creative projects. That means helping the account team stay organised, proactive, and client-ready at all times.
Your job is not just admin - it’s about learning how strong client relationships and disciplined project management deliver great creative work.
Core responsibilities
- Project and workflow support
- Assist in building and updating project timelines
- Track deliverables and flag upcoming deadlines
- Take notes in internal and client meetings and circulate clear action points
- Help maintain project status documents and trackers
- Support the creation and adaptation of briefs between account and creative teams
- Running small projects and tracking retainer tasks in our ticketing system.
- Client CMS Support
Client support
- Prepare meeting agendas and follow-up summaries
- Support research for client pitches or campaigns
Administrative
- Project and workflow support

What we’re looking for:
- Commercial minded: You know how to keep projects on budget and on time.
- Experienced in client service: With 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role (ideally an agency or in-house setting), you can adapt to fast-paced environments with ease.
- Problem solver: You enjoy tackling challenges and delivering solutions across multiple disciplines.
- Detail-oriented: You thrive on organisation, process improvement and efficiency.
- Tech-savvy: While experience with project management tools is a bonus, training will be provided.
- Websites/CMS knowledge: Ideally, you will have some experience with updating websites (WordPress in particular).

Salary and benefits : £26,000 - £28,000 pa
