INK is a post-production studio based in London, New York, Paris and Amsterdam. We partner with industry-leading photographers and brands to create outstanding fashion and beauty imagery, ranging from global advertising campaigns to indie publications.
We are looking for a meticulous and ambitious Junior Retoucher to join our London studio on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will have a passion for photography and image-making and be eager to develop their skills under the guidance of senior team members.
You will support the Retouch team in producing industry-leading imagery and contribute to a fast-paced, high-performing creative studio.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude are required.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Good understanding of Adobe Photoshop
- Enthusiasm for colour grading and print treatments
- Willingness to work with a broad range of photographic styles
- Interest in learning new processes and software
- Strong problem-solving ethos
- Keen eye for detail
- Experience retouching for fashion brands desirable but not essential
- Painting and drawing skills desirable but not essential
