Job Description
Senior Environmental Graphic Designer | London, England | Hybrid | [Permanent]
Introduction
Senior Environmental Graphic Designer
What happens when graphic design moves beyond the page and becomes part of the spaces we experience every day?
We’re looking for a Senior Environmental Graphic Designer to join a global creative studio where art, culture, design and storytelling come together to create memorable spaces for leading brands and institutions.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Environmental Graphic Designer, you’ll contribute to projects from initial concept through to completion, working closely with the wider Design and Production teams, fabrication partners and clients.
You’ll develop ideas that respond to the themes, narratives and character of a space, taking loose conceptual thinking through to considered, fully formed designs ready for production and installation.
Your impact
You’ll help transform spaces through thoughtful environmental graphic design, creating work that connects people with their surroundings and brings stories, ideas and visual culture to life.
Your growth
You’ll work across 2 to 3 projects at a time, from one-off reception pieces to larger schemes involving multiple artworks. You’ll have space to develop your ideas, present directly to clients and stakeholders, and mentor more junior members of the studio.
About You
You’ll have a degree in Graphic Design or equivalent, alongside a portfolio demonstrating strong environmental graphic design projects and your creative process from idea to final outcome.
You’ll be a confident conceptual thinker with strong critical thinking, communication and organisational skills. You’ll work independently, manage deadlines and maintain a high level of detail and quality across projects.
You’ll have excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, a collaborative mindset and a genuine appetite for learning, sharing feedback and helping raise the quality of the studio’s work.
What’s In It for You
• Hybrid working: Tuesday to Thursday in the studio, Monday and Friday optional from home
• Half a day each month for creative pursuits, plus a £15 monthly allowance
• Company MacBook
• Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
• Healthcare and employee assistance support
• Life Assurance
• Cycle to Work and Electric Vehicle salary sacrifice schemes
• Regular team lunches and social events
• The opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary creative studio focused on art, culture and positive impact
We are passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality, and are committed to working with clients who share our outlook.
