Job Description

We have a super exciting perm role working with a fantastic cultural agency! They work with some of the best brands in the world in the sport, fashion and culture sector, such as Nike, Arc'teryx, On Running, Adidas, and Salomon.

They're looking for a Senior Art Director to join their team in London - cultural relevance for this role is key. So ideally, you'll have interests and passions beyond work to bring different experiences and perspectives to a range of briefs (sport, fashion, music etc). You will need a proven track record of delivering successful, multi-channel campaigns for well-known, culturally relevant brands.

It's also key that you have experience taking briefs from concept through to production!

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate briefs into strong visual ideas that are on brand, on strategy, and culturally relevant
  • Develop and execute creative concepts across a range of channels, including TV, digital and social, print, OOH, experiential, and emerging platforms
  • Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, and other creatives to craft compelling campaign work
  • Present creative work to clients, from pitch stage through to pre-production and delivery
  • Work closely with Account Management and Production teams to refine and deliver ideas from concept through to final execution
  • Ensure all creative output meets brand guidelines, project objectives, and quality standards
  • Take ownership of the visual craft, including design, layout, typography, and art direction across all the deliverables
  • Stay up to date with trends in design, advertising, culture, and tech, and bring relevant inspiration into the work

Ideally candidates will come from comparable agencies like UDOX, TMC, Ultra, Clubhouse, etc.
