The Role:

  • Broadcast scheduling coordination: Coordinate broadcast schedules in collaboration with the Business Intelligence (BI) team.
  • Driving core broadcast activities: Management of key broadcast activities which include communications around broadcast timings and content delivery, invoicing related to media rights and broadcast partners and maintain and update the broadcaster portal with relevant content information.
  • On-Site Production Facilitation: Supporting on-site production planning, which includes liaising with broadcast operations, communications, and production teams.
  • Seamless hospitality & itinerary management: Handle Media Rights hospitality requests, including managing guest itineraries.
  • Creating impactful briefing packs: Create and distribute briefing packs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster partnership relationships: Support editorial partner relationships, ensuring content accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with partnership goals

What we're looking for in you:

  • Media background: Some experience in a media broadcast, sports or agency environment.
  • Broadcast media rights awareness: Basic understanding of broadcast media rights and how sports content is distributed.
  • Digital and media platform knowledge: Familiarity with digital and traditional media platforms and how they are used in sports marketing.
  • Client/Partner engagement: Exposure to working with clients or partners in a professional setting.
  • Collaborative skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in working with different teams to foster strong working relationships.
