We are looking for an energetic and proactive project manager to join our Client Services team at Soapbox. This role is perfect for a natural organiser with great problem-solving skills.
You’ll be working on a range of interesting brand and design projects with a great bunch of strategists, designers and developers across the world. It is a dynamic, fast-paced role and you must have experience of working in an agency environment or similar, juggling multiple projects and resources.
You’ll work with colleagues and clients to shape incoming opportunities, scope and plan projects, manage the resource schedule and deliver top-notch projects on time and within budget.
You have at least 2 years’ project management experience in a relevant role.
You can communicate clearly with clients and colleagues in person, over calls and via email, demonstrating diplomacy and negotiation skills.
You remain calm under pressure and maintain a patient and positive approach when dealing with multiple requests.
You have a good degree of commercial awareness and keep the bottom line in mind.
You’re comfortable working across several projects and prioritising changing tasks.
Problem solving, client management, and negotiation should come naturally to you.
You have some understanding of design, video, or digital processes.
You have some experience working with non-commercial clients such as NGOs, think tanks, or educational institutions.
We work in Google Suite, Forecast, Paymo, Basecamp, ClickUp and Slack. You’ll need experience in these tools or similar - or be a fast learner.
