About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager with 5+ years of agency experience to join our growing team. You'll be integral to the day-to-day operation of the business as well as leading client accounts and building positive client-agency relationships.

You’ll be working closely with the Creative and Product teams, using digital collaboration tools to manage coordination, planning, communication and efficiency. As part of the role, you will be responsible for managing the relationship of one of our most important clients, ensuring smooth delivery, profitability and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in a creative agency
  • Be the key point of contact for team members and clients, streamlining the communication flow
  • Manage client expectations and set realistic timelines
  • Lead client meetings and prepare client briefs
  • Work with project managers to protect the quality of our creative output through realistic processes, schedules and deliverables
  • Work across the full project life cycle and adapt to different types of projects
  • Has a basic understanding of creative and digital product design
