Globally recognised photographer seeks a creative hands on Post-Producer full time.

Remit includes;

• Post-produce on large scale campaign photography, within the high fashion space.
• Be the sole post-producer, managing various project, deliverables, photographers time
• Create a schedule whilst coordinating with photographer, retouchers and client
• Know how to resource for retouchers and editors on a job by job basis
• Knowledge of analogue photography post production process and how to quality control
• Manage mainly stills and some video budgets alongside studio manager
• Running day to day management of retouchers (stills) editors (motion)
• Produce work to a high creative standard, delivered on schedule and within budget
• Manage multiple projects at the same time while working under tight deadlines
• Handle brand and client feedback in a timely, efficient and professional manner
• Ability to lead and oversee a retouch team
• A genuine interest in growing a retouch company and hiring senior and junior retouchers

Skills and experience sought

• Substantial year’s experience in post production and working with photographers
• Proficient knowledge in Lightroom, Photoshop, Indesign, Excel, Adobe
• Experience managing retouchers and editors in a professional environment
• Background in arts, high aesthetic standard and discernment of art and photography
• Ability to create and manage budgets
• Strong organisational, interpersonal skills, exceptional verbal and written communication
• Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while working under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and can adapt to changing and shifting requirements quickly
• Comfortable working independently, ability to support and manage a team
• Additional foreign language skills a plus
