About the role

As a Senior Account Manager in our team, you’ll be integral to the delivery of creative excellence for our clients - this includes global market leaders to start ups, across a wide range of industries including FMCG, hospitality, wellness and technology.

We are looking for an experienced, pro-active and driven account handler with a proven track record in the design industry working across holistic creative projects. This is a great opportunity for those with a real passion and eye for design, looking to expand their skills and experiences across a wide range of disciplines whilst working on incredible projects for one of our largest clients.

Reporting to the Client Services Director, the Senior Account Manager role partners with our Associate Director and Account Director in order to work autonomously and lead the day to day relationships on our key accounts.

  • Responsibility for leading the client relationship on designated projects and account workstreams to build strong relationships with our clients and ensure work exceeds their expectations
  • Delivery of multi-faceted projects, often consisting of concurrent workstreams, on time, on budget and in line with our principles of creative excellence
  • Commercial responsibility for your workstreams including budgeting, tracking, forecasting and profitability reporting
  • Ability to spot and harness opportunities organically whilst ensuring client satisfaction
  • Mentorship of more junior team members to help them develop their consultancy skills

We’re looking for the following in this role:

  • Considerable previous experience in client services in a creative consultancy or design agency
  • A pro-active mindset, a drive to take on new challenges and a desire to learn are key
  • Diligence and attention to detail for all aspects of your work
  • A true passion and interest in design and creative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proven ability in proposal and pitch writing
  • Proven experience of cultivating high-level client relationships and running diverse global accounts
  • A team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage up and down at the right times
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of the financial processes and how these contribute to account success
  • Comfortable working independently on multiple projects, this role is expected to operate autonomously alongside an Associate or Design Director
  • The ability to work in our London studio for at least 2 days a week
