Job Description

Tomorrow are delighted to be working alongside a branding and comms agency who always seek to create big ideas, original brands and communications that make their clients stand out, with a recent focus upon sustainably led projects.

They would like to find a multidisciplinary Midweight Designer well versed working across branding who excels working in a highly conceptual manner and can bring the ‘big ideas’ to the table. As well as this, they would love to find someone with an integrated skill set, well versed working across web design whilst any skills in motion / editing would be a huge bonus!

Salary: £30k-40k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create distinctive designs that channels the creative direction of the brand
  • Work excellently alongside your colleagues across all teams to ensure the synergy of all design due to the varied nature of the briefs
  • Ensure you stay up-to-date with market trends and communicate this effectively to design teams
  • Be conscious of the customer experience and how meaningful communication can contribute to a superior customer experience
  • Give constructive direction and guidance to the designers working on your team
  • Actively participate in meetings and be open to critique, using this to enhance future work for clients

Key requirements:

  • A top-quality portfolio including brand identity, campaigns, print and digital design
  • Experience of design for web, digital and social media
  • High level skills in all Adobe CS software
  • Web Design experience, including proficiency in Figma / XD
  • Experience in moving image and video editing, including After Effects and Premiere Pro as a bonus
